If the client would like additional time over the 4 hours included in the rental, the charge is $300.00 per each additional hour. Unplanned overtime hours are billed at $350.00 per hour. |

Estate Rental Fees include exclusive use of the public areas of the mansion and the six acre estate during your rental time. Our Events Coordinator will be available to assist you in custom designing your event. We also include our "House Decorations" as well as indoor seating with tables, chairs, and double linen overlays for 90 Guests. Candles are included for the guest tables. Our staff will then provide all clean-up after your contracted rental time. Additional seating is available for rental. |

The Wedding Ceremony fee includes 2 additional hours of rental time immediately prior to your reception, two dressing rooms for the wedding party, seating for up to a maximum of 48 guests indoor ceremonies or up to 175 guests for outdoor ceremonies, 1 hour of rehearsal time, and a Wedding Ceremony Director.
